By visiting our store, booking an appointment, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments
- Appointments are free of charge
- Walk-ins are welcome
- No deposit is required to book an appointment
- We kindly ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment
Orders, Deposits & Payment
- Deposits are taken in-store only once an order is placed
- Deposits may be paid by cash or card
- Full payment is required before garments are collected or shipped
- Prices are agreed upon at the time of ordering
Fittings & Satisfaction
- Most garments require one or more fittings
- We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable adjustments to ensure proper fit
- Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not offered
- Satisfaction is addressed through fittings and alterations rather than refunds
Production Timelines
- Production timelines are discussed at the time of ordering
- Timelines may vary depending on garment complexity, fabric choice, and customer availability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by late fittings or changes requested after production has begun
Collection & Delivery
- In-store pickup is available
- Hotel delivery within Hoi An may be arranged upon request
- International shipping is available at the customer’s expense
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Liability
- We are not responsible for changes in fit due to body changes after final fitting
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
